Audax Group Acquires Winchester Electronics

Together with management, Audax Group has acquired Winchester Electronics, a global leader in the "design, development and deployment of interconnect technology," from Litton Systems, Inc. and certain of its affiliates, subsidiaries of Northrop Grumman Corp. (NYSE: NOC).
