STAG Capital Provides $7.2 Million in Sale-Leaseback Financing to Pro Mach, Inc.

STAG Capital Partners recently purchased Pro Mach's 172,170 square foot industrial and office headquarters facility in Alexandria, Minnesota, which will be leased to Brenton Engineering, a division of Pro Mach, Inc., under a long-term lease agreement.
